The Job:
The General Manager is responsible for the complete oversight of the restaurant,
including daily operations, all matters concerning employees, maintenance of the
physical plant, attaining financial goals set forth by the owners, and developing and
maintaining an outstanding service program.

JOB SUMMARY
The floor manager is responsible for supporting the GM, and providing leadership to ensure an extraordinary guest experience. This position works closely with the General Manager to create and develop an outstanding service program, and assists in managing all front of house operations on a daily basis.

Current experience as a server in a casual dining, high volume restaurant
Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and spirits preferred
Passionate about food & wine with a desire to expand this knowledge base and learn more about sustainable food and beverage practices
Serious and passionate about a career in the restaurant biz
Part-time or full-time schedules available
